We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR)

to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding healthcare clients, specifically targeting doctors and medical professionals across the USA.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation :

Identify and qualify potential leads within the healthcare industry, focusing on doctors and medical practices.

Direct Presentations :

Conduct virtual or in-person presentations and demos to explain products, services, and value propositions to potential clients.

Follow-ups :

Manage and nurture leads through consistent follow-up calls, emails, and CRM updates to convert prospects into clients.

Client Onboarding :

Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful account setup.

Relationship Management :

Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Collaboration :

Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and improve lead conversion efficiency.

Requirements :

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in healthcare or related sectors).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills

Strong Communication and Sales skills

Experience in Business Development

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely

Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary :

Up to ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
