Job descriptionMinimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in US Accounting. Strong understanding of GAAP, reconciliations, and month-end closing. Proficiency in QuickBooks / Xero (mandatory). Excellent communication, review, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage client communications confidently.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and review day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle bank reconciliations, AR / AP, journal entries, and general ledger adjustments
- Prepare sales tax returns, 1099 filings, and ensure compliance with US accounting standards
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve accounting queries
- Work efficiently on QuickBooks or similar US accounting software
