Senior / Lead Business Analyst - Bilingual Business Anlayst

We are seeking a skilled Japanese Bilingual Business Analyst to support technical projects within the eCommerce domain .

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between Japanese stakeholders and internal development, QA, and design teams

Facilitate discussions to gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements

Translate documents and conversations between Japanese and English , ensuring accuracy and context

Create and manage Epics, User Stories, Use Cases , and other requirement artifacts in alignment with project needs

Support day-to-day coordination across cross-functional teams to drive project execution

Assist with functional testing, issue tracking, and post-release validations

Ensure adherence to established SDLC processes and maintain clear documentation using tools like JIRA and Confluence

Requirements

5-8 years of overall professional experience, with a solid background as a Business Analyst in IT or digital environments

Proficiency in Japanese and English JLPT N3 or higher is required

Strong understanding of project lifecycle, functional documentation, and stakeholder management

Experience working in eCommerce or digital transformation projects is a plus

Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA , Confluence , and familiarity with Agile methodologies

Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
