Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Associate located in our Kochi branch. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, addressing guest inquiries, managing reservations, and providing exemplary customer service. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests, handling bookings, resolving any issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of communication and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Guest Services and Guest Service skills
• Customer Service experience
• Proficiency in managing Reservations
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent education
