We are seeking a Cyber Security Trainer to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates who are passionate about cyber security and have a desire to educate others in this critical field.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging cyber security training programs for diverse audiences.
Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and assessments.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning objectives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback.
Stay current with the latest cyber security trends, threats, and best practices to ensure training content is relevant.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate cyber security training into existing programs.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of cyber security principles and practices.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Experience with training methodologies and adult learning principles.

Familiarity with various cyber security tools and technologies.

Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar are a plus.
