Job Title : Community Associate

Role :

  • Support in building and growing the student ambassador community across international markets.
  • Coordinate ambassador activities : property reviews, testimonials, visits, UGC content, and on-ground events.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement to keep members active and connected.
  • Scout and onboard new student ambassadors and micro-influencers.
  • Assist in creating and organizing UGC for social media and ad campaigns.
  • Handle operational tasks, reporting, and documentation in an organized manner.

Requirements :

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with students and young audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative eye for UGC content and understanding of social media trends.
  • Proactive in scouting talent and building connections within student communities.
  • Comfortable with on-ground activities, events, and ambassador engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (social, brand, ops).
  • Enthusiastic, hands-on, and eager to learn community growth strategies.
