Job Description
- Overseeing media strategy and account development.
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with media and influential professionals.
- Build and sustain relationships with 35 journalists from senior correspondents to editors in a year.
- Winning new business and ensuring not to lose any existing business | Lead new business development.
- Ensure 100 percent partner retention in the financial year.
- Ensure all billings, invoices, advance, cost approval requirements, etc. are raised on time.
- Lead by example – mentor
- Outstanding interpersonal skills | Thinking beyond the team and the consultancy as a whole.
- Suggest & introduce new processes within the team (partner-focused & internal) to plug-in ongoing gaps.
- Play the role of culture upholder within the team.
- Ensure all hiring requirements are planned in advance and communicated to HR in a timely and structured manner, as per process.
- Nurture talent
- Ensure 80 : 120 happens.
- Ability to single-handedly resolve conflicts.
- Offering crisis management and counsel to partners and extending networking opportunities
- Analyzing outcomes from communication efforts and interpreting data
- Work with everyone to instill a positive, commercially focused, and diligent culture of partner delivery in the team, playing to our mission and values.
- Upsell and grow the present portfolio by 20 percent minimum.
- Overseeing smooth partner servicing and raising prompt red flags to senior leadership with strategic solutions
