About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Java Lead

with strong expertise in

Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful API development

• . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical design, guiding the development team, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions in an agile setup.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

design and development

of scalable microservices using

Spring Boot and Java

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement

APIs and integrations

Ensure adherence to

coding standards, security principles, and best practices

Drive

system performance optimization

, scalability, and issue resolution.

Mentor and guide

junior developers; perform

code reviews

and maintain quality standards.

Participate in

architecture discussions

and provide

technical leadership

throughout the SDLC.

Technical Skills Required

Strong proficiency in

Java 8+

Spring Boot

Hands-on experience in
