Job description

Role Responsibilities :

Manage board / committee meetings, draft minutes, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Assist in fundraising activities including debenture and equity issuances.

Interpret and communicate updates on Companies Act, SEBI, and RBI guidelines.

Maintain statutory records and handle corporate governance matters and legal agreements.

Job Requirements :

2–3 years of relevant experience in legal and compliance functions.

Qualified Company Secretary (CS).

Experience in structured financing (debentures, CPs, equity issuance).

Strong legal drafting, governance, and regulatory filing skills.

Skills Required

Companies Act, Company Secretarial, Corporate Governance, Sebi
