Role Overview :

We are seeking hands-on technical leaders with proven experience across implementations, rollouts, maintenance, and enhancements in both Oracle Fusion ERP and E-Business Suite (EBS). You’ll play a dual role – delivering complex technical solutions yourself while also leading teams to deliver high-quality customer projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect, design, and deliver scalable solutions using OIC, VBCS, APEX, SQL, PL / SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, and Reports
• Provide hands-on expertise for complex customer requirements and integrations (REST, SOAP, FBDI, HDL)
• Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring quality delivery of implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support
• Work closely with clients in a customer-facing role to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement and adopt best practices across projects
