Best NanoTech is hiring experienced US Healthcare Recruiters to join our team in Gurugram, India. This is an onsite role for professionals with a strong background in Healthcare recruitment for US & Canada.

Key Responsibilities :

Source, screen, and validate candidates for client Healthcare roles across U.S. Geography.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract, W2, and full-time positions
Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to meet hiring targets
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools effectively

Required Qualifications :

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare recruitment

Proven success in placing candidates across contract, W2, and full-time roles

Strong understanding of U.S. work visa categories.

Expertise in recruiting across specialized Healthcare Domain

Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and sourcing strategies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Educational Background :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field

Medical education that supports deeper understanding of Healthcare roles and terminology
