We’re building cutting-edge solutions that deliver actionable insights from space-based data.Position OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional Full Stack Developer to productize our cutting-edge satellite intelligence technologies and create exceptional products that deliver intelligence from satellite images. This role combines technical excellence with client-facing responsibilities in secure, air-gapped environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy products and solutions in air-gapped systems on client premisesDesign robust frontend and backend system architectures for client-side deploymentManage CI / CD processes in air-gapped environments to ensure seamless product upgrades and integrationManage Product Customisations based on specific client requirementsSet up and manage data pipelines to create comprehensive test datasets for continuous product validationConduct continuous testing of products on client data and maintain detailed QR (Quality Report) documentationEstablish effective feedback loops with the Bangalore development team to share QR benchmarks on test datasetsFine-tune AI models on client data (when applicable)Drive continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving and initiative-takingCore CompetenciesEntrepreneurial Mindset : Hustling attitude, proactive approach, and capability to take independent initiativesCommunication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a disciplined work ethicTechnical Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Full Stack Applications using Python (FastAPI / Django), React JS, Docker & Kubernetes, Apache Airflow / Argo workflowsStrong grasp of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) conceptsGood understanding of system design principlesExperience with deployment in secure and restricted environmentsPreferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)Experience building applications with geospatial dataBackground in training and optimising machine learning modelsPrevious work in satellite technology or remote sensing domainsExperience with air-gapped system deploymentsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with cutting-edge satellite intelligence technologyDirect impact on product development and client successCollaborative work environment with opportunities for continuous learning and growthChance to work on challenging technical problems in the space technology sector
