Key Responsibilities :
- Support onboarding process including documentation induction and system updates. Develop and administer employee benefits programs including health insurance
- Taking care of Background verification process of new employee
- Responsible for maintaining and managing petty cash transactions and records
- Vendor management
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Creating and managing reports to track and analyze HR operations data
- Assisting with payroll benefits administration employee onboarding and offboarding and other HR operations tasks
- Providing guidance and support to the HR team and other stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and documents
- Hands-on experience with JIRA or a similar ticketing and workflow management tool.
Qualifications : Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
35 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role.Good understanding of HR best practices.Strong verbal and written communication skills.High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS tools is an advantage.Remote Work : No
