💰 Salary : Up to ₹25,000 - 30,000 per month (based on experience)

🔥 About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level 3D Animator who can take full ownership of our animation pipeline. From rigging to skinning to creating polished keyframe animations, you will be responsible for ensuring our avatars feel alive, expressive, and natural.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality keyframe and mocap-based animations for avatars (dances, gestures, poses, emotes, loops)
• Rig and skin characters with industry-standard practices
• Retarget, clean, and refine motion-capture animations
• Collaborate with our character and environment artists to maintain a consistent animation style
• Set up animations in Unity (Animator Controller, Retargeting, IK)
• Optimize animations for mobile performance
• Work with designers to implement interactive avatar animations for social features
