Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who thrives on creativity, innovation, and translating ideas into stunning visuals. From YouTube thumbnails to full-fledged campaign decks, you’ll design across mediums, platforms, and touchpoints that define how entertainment brands connect with the digital world.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scroll-stopping creatives for YouTube, Instagram, and emerging social platforms (thumbnails, carousels, banners, stories, shorts assets).
• Build pitch decks, client presentations, and campaign visuals that combine clarity, storytelling, and design finesse.
• Create website banners, static visuals, and UI-support graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with video editors, motion designers, and content strategists to craft cohesive campaign narratives.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity for clients across genres — from films and web series to music and digital IPs.
• Stay ahead of design trends, Gen Z internet culture, and platform-first formats to keep our work fresh and competitive.
• Mentor junior designers, review creative outputs, and set benchmarks for quality and innovation.
