Position Title : Senior Executive – Payroll
Location : Bangalore, 5 days work from office
Position Overview :
- Manage end-to-end payroll cycle, including salaries, superannuation, bonuses, allowances, taxes, and deductions. verifying timesheets, processing new hires and terminations, and managing employee data changes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Statutory Laws and ensure adherence to all relevant local payroll legislation and income tax laws
- Prepare financial reports (Pay sheet, Bank Transfer, other Payroll reports), Journal voucher related to payroll for accounting and finance
- Investigate and correct payroll errors or discrepancies, such as overpayments, Salary Recovery, back period process, Full & Final Settlements and provide expert advice and resolve complex payroll inquiries from employees
- Support for regular Internal and external audits of payroll data and processes to ensure accuracy and data integrity
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate payroll procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive employee personal details and compensation information
Skills :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or HR (MBA preferred)Proficiency with relevant payroll software (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday, Allsec, RAMCO)Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities and high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information5–8 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processingPreferred :
