Lead - SQA

What You ll do at ather :

• SPOC for the Component Quality issues at Factory.
• Support to Factory team for Containment Actions to support the SPR (Straight Pass Ratio) for Vehicle plant Battery Plant.
• SPOC for Suppliers / Suppliers QRE to define the Problem quantum of the failure.
• Keeping track of all Containment actions / ICAs closure.
• FTRs for the CAPA parts at Factory effectiveness monitoring.
• Establishing RCA (Root Cause Anaysis) with MQA (Manufacturing Quality)
• Work hand in hand with IQC, IPQC, MQA Logistics teams for sustenance of Component Quality.
• Impact analysis for Change Requests.
