On-site – Jalandhar, Punjab (Candidates from Jalandhar or those willing to relocate are encouraged to apply).

💼 Responsibilities

• 📞 Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat support to assist customers with product information, order status, and general queries.
• 🛠️ Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• 💬 Guide customers on product usage and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
