Key Responsibilities :
Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle : from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand role requirements and deliver top-quality candidates.
Maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for critical and recurring roles.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, US labor laws, and internal hiring practices for W2 and full-time roles.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate regular hiring reports.
Qualifications :
2 to 4 years of experience in US technical recruitment, particularly in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Semiconductors, and Automotive sectors.
Hands-on experience recruiting for W2 and Full-Time positions (Direct Hire, Permanent roles).
Proficient with ATS, CRM tools, and job portals (e.g., Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn).
