Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
- Manage talent acquisition processes including sourcing interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Create and foster a competitive compensation and benefits strategy.
- Collaborate with department managers to forecast future staffing needs.
- Design and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Oversee employee relations initiatives to ensure a positive workplace environment.
- Manage performance review processes providing guidance to managers on evaluation criteria.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations and maintain up-to-date HR policies.
- Drive diversity initiatives and support inclusivity in workplace culture.
- Analyze employee turnover and retention data to inform HR strategies.
- Design succession planning strategies for key roles within the organization.
- Facilitate change management processes during organizational transitions.
- Manage employee engagement surveys and initiate follow-up actions based on feedback.
- Provide counseling to employees on HR policies and workplace issues.
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees to resolve workplace conflicts.
Required Qualifications
