Field Operations (Solar / Renewable Energy) – Electrical
Head Quarter - Kolkata , Project Location : East Nagaland (Full-time, Field-Based)
Experience Required : 2–3 Years
We are hiring an experienced Electrical Field Engineer / Solar Technician to support solar mini-grid operations across rural East Nagaland. The role involves hands-on installation, maintenance, and community-level support to ensure reliable renewable energy access.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain solar PV systems, batteries, and inverters
- Perform AC / DC wiring, troubleshooting, load testing, and preventive checks
- Monitor system performance, record daily meter readings & generation data
- Coordinate with local operators for smooth site operations
- Assist in inspections, commissioning, and field documentation
- Support awareness / training sessions during visits

Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy
Experience : 2–3 years in solar installation, O&M, or electrical maintenance
Compensation
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
