We are looking for an account manager who is excited to grow at a fast-paced startup, take high ownership on behalf of their customers, and help bring innovation to convenience store owners globally. If you’re smart, coachable, and motivated by success, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Manage customer accounts and build strong, long-term relationships with each one.
Run regular check-ins and structured reviews that keep customers engaged, supported, and getting value.
Help customers quickly reach their first value milestone and guide them toward deeper use of new features.
Spot when an account is ready to add new products or new store locations and help move them forward.
Collect high-quality customer references that contribute to new revenue.
Catch early signs of dissatisfaction and take action to prevent downgrades or churn.
Work closely with product and leadership to share customer insights and improve the overall experience.
Maintain excellent documentation and consistent follow-ups across your entire account list.
Key Requirements
Please note that this role is fully in person at our Ahmedabad office and night shift serving our American customer base (8AM to 5PM CST).
A minimum of 2 years of Account Management experience. Bonus points if you have done account management for US or Canada customers.
You must be an excellent verbal and written communicator in English, but also verbally fluent in Gujarati and Hindi .
You must be eager to learn, highly coachable, and open to adopting new strategies, tools, and processes.
You must have high mental fortitude to deal with constant change within priorities as our early stage startup experiments on new product lines and strategies.
Strong problem-solver who can calm frustrated customers, guide them clearly, and help them reach outcomes.
You must be a world class listener.
You must be tech savvy and good at learning new tech tools.
Experience driving product adoption or helping customers use software platforms more deeply is a bonus.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Support, Product, Sales.
