Senior Accounting Analyst

WHY THE ROLE EXISTS

To deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting, ensuring the integrity of core accounting processes

while supporting the business through its next phase of growth. The accountant plays a critical role in maintaining

robust financial controls, supporting audit and tax compliance, and driving automation and scalability through

systems and process improvements.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES

Prepare and post all accounting transactions, including intercompany transactions.

Month end reporting.

Balance sheet reviews and reconciliations

Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents for statutory and tax audits.

Preparation of tax returns, complete working knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, advance tax, etc)

Knowledge of local filings like STPI / Non STPI

Assist with systems implementation to ensure ability to scale seamlessly

Maintaining third party relationships, e.G. vendors, clients, professional service providers, auditors, etc.

Must have experience working with Netsuite, MS Excel.

Analysis and provision of key information to management

Pursue AI-driven process improvements

Handle ad hoc requests from leadership as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Must be a Qualified CA.

4-7 years of progressive accounting and Finance experience.

Working knowledge of Indian GAAP and familiarity with local statutory requirements.
