Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Trainee Engineer to join our technical team. This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates passionate about IoT and automation technologies. The selected candidate will be responsible for learning and supporting LoRaWAN (Long Range Wide Area Network) technology, assisting in device configuration, client coordination, vendor follow-ups, and supporting smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and understand LoRaWAN technology , devices, and network connectivity.
Assist in configuring devices and ensuring proper connectivity at client locations.
Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and assist in implementation.
Participate in client meetings and technical requirement discussions.
Support logistics, material handling, and ensure timely delivery of project components.
Coordinate and follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain accurate documentation for installations, configurations, and service reports.
Provide basic technical support during and after installation.
Collaborate closely with the Engineering and Project Management teams to ensure efficient project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Background

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Computer Engineering .

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in IoT, networking, or automation domains.

Basic understanding of networking concepts and IoT devices preferred.

Familiarity with sensors, gateways, and LoRaWAN will be an added advantage.

Skills & Traits

Strong interest in IoT, automation, and emerging technologies .

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic project environments.

Willingness to learn, travel, and take on field assignments.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .

Mandatory Requirements

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license .

Willingness to travel to client sites and vendor locations within and outside Hyderabad.

Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
