Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role for an AI Engineer focused on Agentic AI, with 3–5 years of experience. The position is located in Noida. You must have strong expertise in Generative AI, a solid product mindset, and the ability to lead and deliver. If you’ve explored frameworks like Google AgentSpace, built LLM tools, or developed agentic workflows, we want to talk.

🛠️ Your Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the development of GenAI & Agentic tools , LLM-based apps, and intelligent agents
• Build and optimize multi-agent pipelines using tools like LangChain , AutoGen , or Google AgentSpace
• Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy LLM / NLP models , integrate APIs, and streamline deployment
• Manage AI engineering workflow — from research to PoC to scalable code
• Mentor junior AI engineers and guide code quality, architecture, and debugging
• Collaborate on client proposals, technical solutioning, and product roadmaps
• Represent ISIR.AI in client demos and professional networks
