CTC : 6.00 LPA + incentive + Other Benefit

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers / Advisors.
• Drive business targets and ensure consistent performance.
• Recruit, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to increase retention.
• Implement effective sales strategies to expand business reach.

Eligibility Criteria :

Minimum 3+ years in BFSI / Life Insurance sales .

Team handling experience is mandatory.
