Job Location : Pune

Position : Team Lead (BIM Structures)

Experience : 6- 7 Years

Qualification : B.E / B. Tech - Civil

Required Skills & Experience : -

Qualification / Skillset Requirements :

  • Have a minimum of 6 + years of work experience in the BIM ecosystem.
  • Good at communication.
  • Already working as Team lead with more than 5 members.
  • Should have good technical understanding of various types of structures and construction materials (Concrete, Steel, LGS, Wood).
  • Should be Experience in working on overseas projects / outsourcing industry.
  • Should have hands on experience on Revit, Navisworks, Shop drawings creation. Experience on fabrication drawings will be an added advantage.

Job Description :

  • As part of Structural BIM Team, Lead a team of Engineers / Modelers.
  • Maintain a focus on quality (Error Free Deliverables) and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with client(s) over calls and emails regarding project.
  • Prepare checklists and guidelines along to help manage and control quality.
  • Preparation of project schedules, RFIs, Work allocation to team.
  • Review RFQs in detail and work closely with teams and delivery head to submit proposals.
  • Follow quality standards and comply with Neilsoft procedures, rules, and regulations. Ensure the team's compliance with procedures.
  • Be involved in the day-to-day project activities of the team and work with them to ensure daily delivery needs.
  • Support the team on technical requirements. Take a hands-on approach and dig into any areas of projects if the project team is not able to efficiently resolve issues.
  • Work closely with the team when you come across new types of scopes / projects. Coach, guide, and train team members
  • Engage with clients to establish trust so that there is a continuous flow of work.

  • Responsible for managing the team's BIM needs. Guide and train the team on BIM processes and workflows where required
  • Work with the Delivery head to enhance the team capabilities
