SAP PP Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant with strong functional expertise in S / 4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing . The ideal candidate should have successfully led at least one full-cycle S / 4HANA implementation , showcasing deep understanding of end-to-end PP processes, manufacturing execution, and SAP best practices. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, design scalable solutions, and play a key role in digital transformation within manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S / 4HANA PP implementations and rollouts.
• Conduct business workshops , gather requirements, and prepare solution designs & prototypes .
• Configure and optimize MPS, MRP, MRP Live , Discrete & Repetitive Manufacturing , Production Subcontracting , and Batch Management .
• Collaborate with MM, CO, EWM and other modules for integrated business processes.
• Manage functional specifications (RICEFW) , IDoc / EDI setups , and background job configurations .
• Work on legacy system integration and system conversions using SAP Activate methodology .
• Support SAP Fiori apps , Signavio modeling , and manufacturing integration using SAP MII, DMC, ME, OEE, PCo .

Required Skills

✅ 8+ years SAP experience with minimum 1 full-cycle S / 4HANA PP implementation.

✅ Deep knowledge in MPS, MRP, Repetitive / Discrete Manufacturing , Batch Management , and Scheduling .

✅ Familiar with SAP Process Modelling Suite (Signavio / ARIS / Visio) .

✅ Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori (UI5) , SAP MII , and MFG IAM Suite (APM, ASPM, PAI, BNAC, SAM) .

✅ Understanding of RICEFW , IDocs , ABAP Debugging , and Function Modules (preferred).

✅ Excellent communication, analytical, and consulting skills.
