About the Role
The Technical Implementation Manager is responsible for managing product implementations across multiple customers and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of complex video technology solutions. The role involves creating a cohesive, engaging, and efficient development environment that balances innovation with disciplined execution. The manager acts as a technical leader, defining and guiding all technical aspects of implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within scope, and collaborating with Product Management to estimate, plan, and clarify technical requirements. Key responsibilities include generating release documentation, reviewing solution designs and code, preparing deployment packages, managing risks and project scope, and addressing production issues promptly. The role also includes contributing to Agile sprint planning and providing feedback to improve processes and delivery outcomes.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about technology and has over 15 years of experience implementing enterprise-grade software solutions, including at least 5 years as a hands-on software developer. The candidate brings proven leadership experience in technical delivery, with strong knowledge of the OTT domain and related technologies such as CMS, DRM, and adaptive streaming. The role requires experience interacting with customers to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and working with third-party vendors and tool providers to deliver end-to-end implementations. The candidate should be comfortable leading cross-functional teams across areas such as UI / UX, Middleware, CMS, Data, and Video Engineering. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential, along with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions that meet customer expectations.
