About the Company :

Dil Foods is a virtual restaurant operator that leverages the existing but underutilised capacity of small and medium restaurants to cater to its orders.

The idea really is to give turn key concepts to small restaurant owners which they can incorporate from their existing premise without making any additional investment and get incremental orders.

About the Job :

Dil Foods is looking for a result-driven and strategic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth through brand acquisitions, new market entry, and expansion of our virtual kitchen and food delivery brand portfolio. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the food & beverage, cloud kitchen, or startup space, and a deep understanding of F&B business models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify and connect with potential restaurant partners through research, referrals, and cold calling; build and manage a strong pipeline of leads.
  • Partner Engagement : Meet restaurant owners / managers face-to-face, present Dil Foods’ value proposition, and onboard them successfully.
  • Onboarding & Relationship Management : Conduct product demos, coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, and build long-term partner relationships by addressing queries and providing ongoing support.
  • Market Expansion : Continuously identify new business opportunities and expansion areas within your assigned territory.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Culinary teams to ensure seamless partner integration and territory growth.

Qualifications & Skills

Education : Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Required Skills :

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in food, hospitality, or related industries).
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting / exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within territory.
