We are looking for a passionate and dynamic experienced L&D Professional to join our team at Manipal Hospitals!

Role : Manager / Senior Manager – Learning & Development

Location : Bangalore

What You’ll Do :

The role holder will design & deliver behavioral & communication training programs with the aim of enhancing patient experience, service excellence, team work & leadership capabilities within the hospital.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives, patient care standards, and industry trends.
  • Establish a structured learning roadmap for different employee levels, including frontline staff, support staff, and leadership teams.
  • Design and deliver behavioral, and leadership training programs for employees across all levels.
  • Implement onboarding behavioural training programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs for departmental heads, and high-potential employees.
  • Facilitate executive coaching programs for emerging and existing leaders across the network
  • Establish training assessment metrics and conduct post-training evaluations to measure impact.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve program effectiveness.
  • Analyze training ROI and business impact to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Recommend development interventions for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership team to drive learning initiatives.
  • Lead change management initiatives to promote a learning-focused organizational culture.

What We Are Looking For :

  • Graduation / Post-graduation in any discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a service-related industry (Aviation and Hotels preferred); contributed to or managed the end to end Learning and Development Function
