Salesforce Consultant - Supervisor

Description :

The Supervisor Consultant will be responsible for successfully implementing Salesforce features and functionality. In this capacity, they will be an expert in multiple Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, CPQ, Revenue, Service, Tableau, Experience Clouds), technology, implementation and methodology.

Responsibilities :

Minimal direction and assistance required to execute on concurrent consulting engagements with both business and technical client resources

Drive business requirements gathering sessions and perform detailed analysis of client business requirements

Document Use Cases based on client business requirements via clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria

Map functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality across multiple Salesforce Clouds and components (e.g., Sales, CPQ, Revenue, Service, Tableau, Experience Clouds)

Support presales efforts by joining presales scoping calls and estimating effort to execute build and reviewing proposals with clients or prospects

Apply implementation and configuration best practices based on solution experience and process knowledge

Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain / update project plans and status, proactively identify project related risks and resolve configuration or business process related issues

Facilitate SIT and UAT solution testing and issue resolution

Prepare and deliver End User training

Complete and validate data migration tasks using Salesforce.com DevOps tools

Bridge the gap between functional and technical resources in integration or custom development

Skills / Experience :

5 to 7 years experience implementing business solutions on the Salesforce platform

Experience with the following Salesforce Clouds preferred : (e.g., Sales, CPQ, Revenue, Service, Tableau, Experience Clouds)

Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) experience preferred

Salesforce development experience required (Lightning Web Components and Apex)

Implementation experience with ISV / 3rd Party Salesforce products and integration platforms

Experience managing teams of delivery consultants ideal, but not required

Ability to translate business objectives and strategy into solution requirements

Strong experience with Salesforce.com and appropriate certifications (see below)

Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs

Intellectual curiosity combined with outstanding business analytical skills

Ability to work with solution architect to design and optimize business processes and solution configuration across disparate systems

A basic understanding of data structures and enterprise application integration

Proactive with business solution recommendations

Excellent presentation, communication, and training skills

Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies

B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience

Salesforce Administrator

Certified Experience Cloud Consultant

Certified Tableau Consultant
