Creating & evaluating gamified concepts on non-gaming subjects across respective industries.
Create detail Game design document based on concepts pitched.
Designing compelling game mechanics using modern mobile design principles.
Creating, balancing and tuning game mechanics, game difficulty and UI flow.
Creating levels and additional content using Unity, for new and existing games.
Evaluate, create & validate blue-print of monetization chart.
Expertise in writing scripts and designing storyboards
Driving long term player engagement by understanding mobile players needs and motivations.
Closely work with development and art team to make sure the team understand the actual objective of the game and desired output can be achieved.
Own the quality of the player experience by providing intuitive and creative UX solutions in line with the project vision.
Create, maintain and evolve the detailed design specification of the features to support and prepare the development team for the implementation process.
Working closely with Senior and Junior Game designers and collaborating at different levels.
Requirements :
Expertise in Game Design, preferably with a strong focus on UI / UX and within cross-platform titles.
Good documentation and prototyping skills with the typical tools of the trade : Office, flowcharts, Photoshop, Adobe XD, level editor etc.
Knowledge of mobile free-to-play game monetization and advertising techniques.
Excellent understanding of gameplay fundamentals.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Passionate about game mechanics, accessibility, UI effectiveness, iterative design, playtest.
