Position Overview

We’re looking for a RFP Proposal Specialist who is passionate about managing customer opportunities, creating proposals, and collaborating with multiple teams.

We're looking for someone who can manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, pay attention to detail, and adapt to changing RFP requirements. You’ll play a key role in supporting the RFP response process from intake to submission, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution under the guidance of the Strategic Customer Opportunities team.

This position is ideal for someone who has 4 to 5 years of experience in project management with clear communication, attention to detail and organization skills.

You’ll collaborate closely with sales, presales, compliance, legal, and leadership teams.

What You’ll Do

• Support the RFP lifecycle : assist with intake, tracking, stakeholder coordination, response collection, and submission
• Coordinate day-to-day execution : manage task lists, deadlines, reminders, and follow-ups to keep RFPs on track
• Maintain and update the RFP knowledge base (boilerplate answers, case studies, compliance content)
• Draft and edit sections of proposals with attention to clarity, tone, and compliance
• Format and proofread documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and customer-readiness
• Collaborate with SMEs (product, security, legal, finance) to collect accurate and approved inputs

What We’re Looking For

Good to have :

Prior experience in SaaS, procurement, or enterprise technology proposals

Exposure to security and compliance questionnaires

Familiarity with sales enablement or bid management best practices
