About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis.
- Key responsibilities include end-to-end technical recruitment, conducting initial technical screening discussions, collaborating with interviewers and hiring managers, developing talent pipelines, proactive candidate sourcing, maintaining recruitment metrics and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Tech stack includes Full Stack Development, Data Engineering, AI / ML, DevOps & Cloud, Frontend Development, Backend Development, Data Science, Cybersecurity, QA / Automation Testing and ERP / CRM.
The ideal candidate has strong exposure to hiring in these areas, excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and negotiation skills, strong understanding of technical job descriptions, hiring trends and industry terminology.
Additional requirements include 3–6 years of technical hiring experience, prior experience in recruiting for the Canadian market and ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
