Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Product Manager located in Bengaluru. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, conducting market research, defining product vision and strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will also be responsible for prioritizing product features, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, and ensuring that the product meets the needs of the target audience.

• Product Management : Experience in product lifecycle management, product vision, and strategy.
• Market Research and Analysis : Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends to inform product decisions.
• Team Collaboration : Strong skills in working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Customer-Centric : Proficiency in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve product offerings.
• Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges and identify opportunities.
• Leadership : Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving product goals.
• Communication : Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the tech industry and familiarity with social platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is preferred.
