Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned Workday Financials workstreams from planning to deployment.
• Work independently to interpret and translate client requirements into effective Workday configuration.
• Guide, mentor, and support team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
• Identify risks / issues proactively and escalate as needed to avoid project delays.
• Deliver within project deadlines and ensure compliance with best practices.
