Location : Satyam College of Nursing, Visakhapatnam (On-Site, Full-Time)
Role Overview :
We are hiring a committed German language trainer who can train nursing students from A1 to B2 within 8 months. This role demands consistency, discipline, and strong classroom management to ensure candidates are on track for the German language requirements and final B2 exam.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver engaging, structured German language training (A1 to B2) to nursing candidates.
- Ensure students follow the daily study plan and stay on schedule toward B2.
- Teach 4 hours daily + assist other trainers in training team (total 8 hours duty, excluding 1 hour lunch break).
- Assist other trainers with grammar, expression, vocabulary building OR take a 3-hour online batch if required.
- Maintain quality in lesson delivery, track student performance and implement improvement plans.
- Coordinate with management to report progress, attendance and readiness for exams.
Requirements :
B2 / C1 Certified in German language (Goethe / ÖSD / TestDaF / TELC) – Mandatory.Minimum 3 years of experience training students (nursing / medical sector preferred).Strong understanding of B2 exam standards & methodology.Classroom discipline and ability to motivate large batches.Result-focused personality with a systematic teaching approach.Immediate joiners preferred.Work Schedule :
Teaching Hours : 4 hours / dayTotal Duty Hours : 8 hours / day (excluding 1 hour lunch break)Second & Fourth Saturdays are WorkingCompensation :
Salary : ₹50,000 per month (Fixed)
