Destination advice : Provide clients with expert advice on destinations, including local customs, must-see attractions, and practical information. Document management : Assist clients with travel documents, such as visas and passports, and advise on necessary vaccinations and insurance. Customer service : Handle client inquiries, manage bookings, and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies to ensure a smooth trip.
