We are looking for an Executive- Admin & Leaderhip support who will shape an environment where brilliant people can do the best work of their careers. This is not a reactive back-office role its a proactive highly visible position that bridges operations culture and leadership support. Youll be the connector who unblocks teams strengthens internal systems and ensures smooth coordination between people process and performance.
This role offers an accelerated growth path into Office Manager Operations Lead or Executive Assistant to the Leadership Team.
How Youll Make an Impact :
Office & Workplace Operations
- Own our office as a platform serve as the primary liaison with building management service vendors and our managed service provider to ensure smooth operations.
- Leverage tools like desk-booking systems travel-booking systems to optimize space control costs and elevate employee experience.
- Manage and evaluate existing vendors while identifying onboarding and maintaining relationships with new vendors to ensure quality service cost-effectiveness and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee facilities housekeeping and maintenance to deliver a seamless efficient workspace experience.
- Partner with People team on onboarding offboarding and engagement activities that strengthen culture and belonging.
- Travel within the city for document verification bank / vendor visits and official submissions as needed.
Process & Systems Optimization
Identify and streamline bottlenecks across People IT and Finance workflows.Introduce automation and process improvements to increase efficiency transparency and speed of execution.Leadership & Executive Support
Manage calendars travel and meetings for senior leaders anticipating needs and ensuring seamless coordination.Support leadership communications and correspondence across geographies engaging both internal and external stakeholders.Track priorities coordinate reviews and ensure timely follow up on key deliverables while maintaining strict confidentiality.Culture & Engagement

2-5 years of experience in administration operations or executive assistance within a fast-paced environment.Strong emotional intelligence integrity and ability to build trust across all levels.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English Hindi and Kannada.Tech-savvy and organized with proficiency in MS Office Google Workspace and modern collaboration tools.High ownership responsiveness and a no-task-too-smallCuriosity and adaptability to thrive in a scaling dynamic organization.Flexibility to travel frequently within the city for business needs.Bachelors degree in Business Administration Commerce or related field.Why Join Konovo
