We are hiring for the role of Category Manager at Cranberry.Fit

  • Location : at our HQ in Bengaluru
  • Time : Full time, 5 days a week (8 hours / day)
  • Salary : 8-12 LPA
  • Can start as soon as possible

🛠️ Your Role

  • Category Strategy : Develop and execute the category strategy to drive growth and profitability.
  • Product & Portfolio Management : Manage the product portfolio, including new product launches and optimizing the existing assortment.
  • P&L Management : Own and manage the category's P&L, focusing on revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting : Proactively identify and engage potential new clients through various channels, managing the initial stages of the sales funnel.
  • Customer Service : Handle post-delivery inquiries, providing top-notch support and maintaining customer satisfaction.

    • 🔍 What would make you a strong fit?

  • ONLY apply if you can come for an in-person interview in Bangalore
  • Degree from a Tier 1 college with graduating year 2023 OR earlier
  • Minimum 2-4 years working experience of partnership and sales at tech companies
  • You have hands-on experience in D2C, e-comm or pharma , specifically with P&L
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
