Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-School Expert Facilitator (Teacher) located in Bengaluru. The Pre-School Expert Facilitator will be responsible for planning and implementing thematic, play-based lessons, creating an engaging and nurturing learning environment. Daily tasks include curriculum planning, effective communication with parents, ensuring classroom safety, and fostering the overall development of children aged 6 months to 6 years. The facilitator will collaborate with the centre's team to deliver high-quality care and education aligned with international best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
• Experience in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten teaching
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their holistic development
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Ability to maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment
• Experience in a similar role or in a preschool setting is an advantage
