Contract Management & Negotiation

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including commercial & sales agreements, vendor and partnership contracts, and employment documents.
• Ensure contract terms are legally sound, aligned with internal policies, and commercially practical.
• Support cross-functional teams by integrating legal review into business timelines, ensuring efficient deal execution.
