Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Educator located in selayuir raj kilpakam((chennai).Special Educator will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), teaching students with disabilities, and coordinating with other educators and staff members. The role also includes conducting assessments, modifying curriculum materials, and monitoring student progress. Collaboration with families and providing support to ensure students' academic and social development is also required. Maintain and follow up appointments.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching and special education
• Knowledge and understanding of disabilities
• Skills in working with middle school students
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Relevant certification or degree in Special Education or related field
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students with special needs
