Job Responsibilities :
Manage the full recruitment life cycle for HR and corporate positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.).
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and databases.
Ensure timely closures of positions while maintaining quality hires.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
Required Knowledge :
3-7 years of proven experience in HR hiring / recruitment.
Proficiency in sourcing tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple requirements.
Educational Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA / PGDM in HR preferred).
