Key Responsibilities :

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about visa processes for European Countries.
• Counsel students regarding course options, universities, admission processes, and visa documentation.
• Assist students in preparing and reviewing all visa documents, including financials, SOPs, and application forms.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents through regular communication.
• Follow up with students to ensure timely application submissions and visa interviews.
• Coordinate with universities, embassies, and consulates as needed.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for each student case.
• Work collaboratively with the admissions and marketing teams.
