Job descriptionBachelor’s in CS, IT, or related field. 6–9 years in Network Operations / NOC. Strong networking fundamentals : TCP / IP, VLANs, routing, switching. Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent devices. Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools. Basic troubleshooting of VPNs, firewalls, wireless APs. Strong communication and cross-team coordination.

Experience : 6–9 Years | Level : Senior Associate (SA) | Notice : 0–10 Days
About the Role :
We are hiring a Network Operations Engineer to monitor, manage, and support enterprise network infrastructure. The role includes proactive monitoring, incident triage, coordination with L2 / L3 teams, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor network devices, links, and critical services; respond to incidents within SLAs.
- Escalate unresolved issues, coordinate with vendors and internal teams for RFO.
- Conduct routine health checks on routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.
- Maintain ITSM records (ServiceNow / Remedy), SOPs, runbooks, and KB articles.
- Ensure compliance with security policies during troubleshooting and configuration tasks.
