US Recruiter

Job Summary :

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our recruitment team as US IT Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to build a career in US staffing. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for our US clients while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Understand client requirements for various IT / Non-IT roles.

Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.), social media, and networking.

Screen candidates through phone calls and assess qualifications against requirements.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Negotiate pay rates with candidates under guidance.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and vendors.

Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to meet daily / weekly targets.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Preferred : HR, Business, IT, or related).

0–6 months of experience in US staffing / recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Willingness to work in US shifts (EST / PST time zones).

Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and MS Office (preferred).
