Presidency School, Mangalore is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic admissions team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding prospective parents and students through the admission process, ensuring an exceptional experience aligned with the school's values and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle admission inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school's academic programs, facilities, and admission procedures.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow up regularly.
Coordinate and participate in school tours, orientation sessions, and admission events.
Assist with document collection, application processing, and communication with stakeholders.
Work closely with academic coordinators and school leadership to align admissions goals with school capacity and vision.
Maintain CRM / database for all prospective leads and ensure timely follow-up.
Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors and applicants.
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and presentation skills
Good organizational and follow-up abilities
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Knowledge of local languages (Kannada, Tulu) is an added advantage
Prior Experience In School / college Admissions Is Preferred
