Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales targets to support the company's goal of 40% growth over the previous year.
- Generate and manage institutional sales to strengthen market presence.
- Conduct a minimum of 15 customer visits per day to promote products and build client relationships.
- Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve regional business objectives.
- Be prepared for outstation travel up to 15 days per month for business development.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
